[page 13] {Image: A vine, or branch, of flowers grows from right margin toward the middle of the page. Five of teh flowers are in full bloom, with many others beginning to bud. Each flower has four delicate petals. The flowers are uncolored, taking the hue of the white background. The stamen are purlple. Outlining is done mostly with green, but touches of red are used for accent. A short poem sits directly under the artwork: "could a flowring vine like this be something like the the vine that trailed & wound about the fallen head of the statue of the old king at teh Crossroads [II, 335] -Ioreth [M. Juhren]" The caption is separated from the rest of the text by decorative embellishments.}
